2Pay the processing convenience fee $1.00 USD β Per Executive Directive 9981-B, a non-refundable administrative modernization fee is required to access the Digital Randomization Experience. Fees are $1 for the first spin, then $100, $5,000, $20,000, and $100,000 per spin thereafter. This fee funds important government things.
